AlgiKleer - Algicide for BLACK Algae

Using

Black Algae can be difficult to remove. If not treated, its roots grow down into the grout, eventually making regrouting necessary.

ALGIKLEER controls the growth of problem algae in swimming pools. Brush algae spots prior to application. If necessary brush once each day for two days following application. Ensure the pH level  is 7.2-7.6  Dilute the dose in 5 litres of water in a plastic watering can and distribute round the edge of the pool.

INITIAL TREATMENT (isolated spots of black on the tile grout):  scrub spots with a stainless steel grout brush (See Brush). Add 300cc of ALGIKLEER per 10,000 litres (m³) of pool water. Dead algae should vacuumed from the pool floor -  set your filer valve on WASTE.

VERY HEAVY ALGAE GROWTH: Clean, and scrub walls. and grout with a stainless steel grout brush (See Brush).
Apply 300cc of ALGIKLEER per 10,000 gallons of pool water. Vacuum to
remove algae debris.

PREVENTATIVE TREATMENT: (Free of visible algae) In tropical climates apply 150cc of ALGIKLEER per 10,000 litres (m³) of pool water.every 7 days. NOTE: In the tropics or in pools with heavy use add preventative dose more often.

To calculate pool volume: Rectangular pools – L x W x D in metres  = m³
Freeform pools: Longest side x widest side in metres = m³

CAUTION
